Vulcan 2000 x Playboy

We created this one-off piece for the launch of the Vulcan 2000—the largest production motorcycle they’d ever built. For some reason the client decided not to support the bike with much hullabaloo, but apparently they did get a great last-minute deal on a full page in Playboy’s 50th Anniversary issue. Yep, they just wanted a single ad—that would run once—and they needed it fast. In a-couple-of-days fast. We were happy to oblige.

This page is a flyby. A nod to the blurry early days working on Kawasaki. A few selects from the Y2K era. Imagine several other pieces for each direction that look extremely similar and also have clever lines. Good times. Helped me get my agency sea legs. OK, move along.
